High power density and high efficiency are the trend of power converters. This paper focuses on two-stage DC/DC converters for datacenter applications and proposes a new magnetic integration method for two coupled inductors and one transformer. Finally, a prototype using integrated magnetic component was realized. The prototype has a maximum output power of 662W and a power density of 80.5W/inch3. In addition, the maximum efficiency is 94.8% at 72V with an output power of 526W. [-]
