5S garapena eta ezarpena ulma packagingeko mekanizazio tailerrean

Abstract

ULMA Packaging-eko mekanizazio-tailerrak espazio faltak eragindako arazoei aurre egin behar dio egunero. Tailerrak gainera, ez du OOL sistemarik ezarrita, eta horrek gehiago areagotzen du arazoa. Azken urteotan, tailerraren ekoizpena hazi egin da eta makina berriak sartu behar izan dira. Aurreikusten denez, hazkunde horrek datozen urteetan ere jarraituko du, eta, hori posible izan dadin, ULMAren sail honetara zuzendutako pabilioi berri bat eraikitzea planifikatu da. OOLen baldintzak hobetzeko asmoz, ULMAk 5S metodologia garatu eta ezartzearen aldeko apustua egin du. Metodologiak 5 fase ditu: antolatu, ordenatu, garbitu, estandarizatu eta mantendu; eta modu mugatuan garatu da, mekanizazio tailerreko zelula bakoitza banaka hartuz. Proiektuan pabiloi berriaren layouta ere zehaztu da.

ULMA Packaging cuenta con un taller de mecanizado que sufre diariamente problemas por falta de espacio, además, no cuenta con ningún sistema de OOL establecido lo que acentúa aún más el problema. En los últimos años la producción del taller ha crecido y se han incorporado nuevas máquinas. Se prevee que dicho crecimiento continue en los próximos años, para los que ya se ha planteado la construcción de un nuevo pabellón dirigido principalmente a esta sección de ULMA. Con el objetivo de mejorar las condiciones de OOL, ULMA apuesta por el desarrollo e implementación de la metodología 5S. La metodologia cuenta con 5 fases; Organizar, Ordenar, Limpiar, Estandarizar y Mantener y se ha desarrollado de forma acotada atacando de una en una cada célula del taller. En el proyecto también se ha definido el layout del nuevo pabellón.

ULMA packaging's machining shopfloor suffers daily problems from its lack of space; furthermore, it doesn't have any OOL system established, which accentuates the problem. In recent years, the company's production has grown, and new machines have been incorporated. In the next years, it's predicted this growth to continue, which already counts with the construction of a new pavilion destined mainly for this section of ULMA. With the goal of getting better OOL conditions, ULMA bets for the development and implementation of the 5S. This methodology counts with five steps, to organize, to order, to clean, to standardize and to maintain. In order to implement the methodology in a efficient way, the shopfloor was initially divide into sections, groups of machinery dedicated to produce different products, and 5S have been applied step by step, section by section. A new layout for the pavilion has also been defined in the project.
