Alegia, irakasleak STEM ereduaren ezarpenaren eragile nagusiak izanik, gauzatuko dituzten praktikak marko horren inguruan duten pertzepzioaren araberakoak izango dira. Helburu hori betetzeko asmoz, Gipuzkoako sare guztietako 5 ikastetxetako Natur Zientziak, Teknologia eta Matematika ezagutza-arloetako 12 irakasle sakonki elkarrizketatu dira, aldez aurretik diseinatutako gidoi bat erabiliz. Emaitzen arabera, elkarrizketatutako irakasleek STEM hezkuntza-ereduaren antzeko ikuskera dute, eta, batez ere, STEM proiektuak diseinatu, ezarri eta ebaluatzeko denbora, baliabideak eta kalitatezko prestakuntza behar direla adierazi dute, aldez aurreko ikerketa ugarik ondorioztatu bezala.</subfield>

      <subfield code="a">The main objective of this study is to analyze the perception of teachers in the Com-pulsory Secondary Education stage regarding the STEM educational model, due to its influen-ce on the implementation of teaching-learning processes. Therefore, teachers are the main drivers of the implementation of the STEM model, and the practices that will be carried out will depend on their perception around this framework. In order to achieve this objective, 12 teachers of Natural Sciences, Technology and Mathematics of 5 educational centers of all the networks of Gipuzkoa have been interviewed in depth, using a previously designed script. The results show that teachers have a similar vision to the educational field STEM and, above all, they point out the need for time, resources and quality training for the design, implementation and evaluation of STEM projects, as concluded in many previous studies.</subfield>
