hala, tokiko kultura-ondarearen ikaskuntzaren bitartez, komunitatearen elkarrekintza&#xd;
sustatzeko eredu sozioeraikitzaile bat diseinatzea.</dc:description>
      <dc:description>Since the scope of participation, what is the role of local management in general&#xd;
education institutions, and cultural heritage in particular? The school has lost the monopoly&#xd;
of education, and now social changes prompted greater flexibility and adaptability. They are&#xd;
therefore increasingly scenarios and agents related to teaching. Along with this reality, we&#xd;
believe, however, that the local has been marginalized by more global interests. The main&#xd;
objective of this article is to reflect on the need for greater communication between different&#xd;
social and educational agents, emphasizing especially the closer to the citizen institution, the&#xd;
city hall, to achieve, through the study of local cultural heritage, the design of an effective&#xd;
socio-constructive paradigm for community interaction.</dc:description>
