Pertsona kooperatiboa profila ikasle gazteetan neurtzeko KOOPHEZI-i tresnaren sorkuntza eta balioztatzea

Abstract

Hezkuntza eraldaketa prozesuetan (ekosistema kooperatiboaren baitan) identifikatu da eraldaketa sozialerako Pertsona Kooperatiboa profila garatzeko beharra; eta, ondorioz, berau definitzekoa, ezaugarritzekoa eta neurtzekoa. Kontzeptu berria ez den arren, orain arte ez da aurkitu frogatutako teoriarik, ezta profilaren neurketarako tresnarik ere. Teoria Funtsatua ikerketa metodoarekin eraiki da Pertsona Kooperatiboa profilaren definizioa eta ezaugarritzea. Lortutako profiletik abiatuta, eta froga psikometrikoen sorkuntzarako nazioartean ezarrita dauden eredu estandarrak markatzen dituen irizpideak kontuan hartuta, sortu eta balioztatu da KOOPHEZI-i tresna.

The need to develop the profile of a Cooperative Person for social transformation has been identified within the process of educational transformation (in the cooperative ecosystem in the Basque Country). Consequently, this requirement should be defined, characterized and measured. Although this is not a new concept, so far no substantiated theory has been found, nor measurement scales created for such a profile. In the present study the definition and characterization of the profile of a Cooperative Person have been constructed according to the basic principles and research methods of Grounded Theory. Based on the profile obtained, and taking into account the criteria established by internationally standardized models for the creation of psychometric tests, the KOOPHEZI-i tool has been created and validated.

En los procesos de transformación educativa (dentro del ecosistema cooperativo) se ha identificado la necesidad de desarrollar el perfil de la Persona Cooperativa para la transformación social; y en consecuencia, definirlo, caracterizarlo y medirlo. Aunque este no es un concepto nuevo, hasta el momento no se ha encontrado ninguna teoría fundamentada, ni herramientas para la medida del perfil. En el presente estudio se ha construido la definición y caracterización del perfil de Persona Cooperativa de acuerdo con los principios básicos del método de investigación de la Teoría Fundamentada. A partir del perfil obtenido, y teniendo en cuenta los criterios establecidos por modelos estandarizados internacionalmente para la creación de pruebas psicométricas, se ha creado y validado la herramienta KOOPHEZI-i.

Dans les processus de transformation éducative (au sein de l'écosystème coopératif), le besoin de développer le profil de la Personne Coopérative pour la transformation sociale est identifié; et par conséquent, le définir, le caractériser et le mesurer. Bien qu'il ne s'agisse pas d'un nouveau concept, aucune théorie ou instrument étayé n'a été trouvé pour mesurer le profil jusqu'à présent. Dans la présente étude, la définition et la caractérisation du profil de Personne Coopérative ont été élaborées conformément aux principes de base de la méthode de recherche Grounded Theory. A partir du profil obtenu, et en tenant compte des critères établis par des modèles normalisés au niveau international pour la création de tests psychométriques, le instrument KOOPHEZI-i a été créé et validé.
