Escribir desde los márgenes: autoras que escriben sobre escritoras

Abstract

El presente trabajo quisiera dar a conocer las aportaciones que la escritora Yolanda Arrieta ha realizado en el ámbito de la literatura. Concretamente, se centra en el enorme trabajo que ha realizado para visibilizar a la escritora Bizenta Mogel (1782-1854). Considerada como la primera mujer que publicó en vasco y autora de la primera obra infantil en vasco, tuvo que dar explicaciones precisamente por ser una mujer escritora y estudiosa. Arrieta, a través de sus trabajos, sobre todo con La hija de las luces (Cenlit, 2016), Bizenta txiki (Denonartean, 2018) y los talleres que organiza, muestra al lectorado la obra y el difícil contexto en el que vivió Mogel, la escritora que quebró la tradición literaria androcéntrica vasca.

The aim of this paper is to make known the contributions that the writer Yolanda Arrieta has made in the field of literature. Specifically, it focuses on the enormous work she has done to make the writer Bizenta Mogel (1782-1854) visible. Considered the first woman to publish in Basque and the author of the first children's work in Basque, she had to explain away herself precisely because of being a female writer and studious. Arrieta, through her projects, especially with La hija de las luces (Cenlit, 2016), Bizenta txiki (Denonartean, 2018) and the workshops she organizes, shows the reader the work and the difficult context in which Mogel lived, the writer who broke the Basque androcentric literary tradition.
