The core ambition of the project is the development of an integrated methodology that at a strategic level is intended to transform social housing districts into inclusive smart neighbourhoods. This methodology will serve as a basis for the actions of constructive, energetic and digital updating of the neighbourhoods to improve the urban space, the accessibility and the quality of life of all the inhabitants and to guarantee the connectivity of these neighbourhoods in all areas: physical, social and digital. It aims to promote social innovation and boost the local economy and with that purpose it adopts a human-centred approach, integrates innovative technologies and explores the growth creation potential of cultural and creative industries.
